Hello riders,
I've been checking the weather daily using Epic Ride Weather, and the forecast is always changing - rain early, rain late, no rain, varying headwinds, etcetera. The only constant so far is the predicted temperature range which looks reasonable.
Now air quality is another issue for this ride.
We still have three days before the ride, so will have to wait and see how things sort out weatherwise.
In the meantime let me know your thoughts on riding in weather. Are you still onboard?
Rain will certainly slow the pace, and make pacelining messy. But there won't be hypothermic cold or anything like that.
IF the ride were rescheduled, it could be Sunday / Monday, or the following weekend. Let me know what you think about that too.
