Slower Version Waterfall Glenn Loops/10-20Miles @8-10Mph/Dawn Maxwell

If your not sure you can keep up with Ron Richards group (although my understanding the loops our at your own pace) but want to try the Waterfall Glenn Loops. I will be trailing behind at a slower pass at least one loop possibly two.
