GAP & C&O, day 3-of-7 / 45 mi @ 10-12 mph / Armaline Mirretti

Join me on a trail ride on the Greater Allegheny Passage (GAP) and C&O Towpath trails. This will be the third day on a multi-day trip beginning in Pittsburgh, PA and ending in Washington, D.C. The third day we will ride from Rockwood, PA to Cumberland, PA. We will stay the night at 9 Decatur House and Hostel. If interested, please contact me directly by email.
