The Swedish Days Ride is the signature event of the Fox Valley Bicycle &amp; Ski Club (FVBSC). Now in its 52nd year, the Swedish Days Ride travels the quiet, scenic and relatively flat paved roads of rural Kane, Kendall and DeKalb counties, meandering through cornfields and through shaded thoroughfares. <br /><br />The Swedish Days Ride offers five routes ranging from 25 miles to the iconic Double Metric Century (131 miles), providing a “just right” distance for cycling families to competitive athletes. <br /><br />Register for this event at the FVBSC website:<br /><br />https://fvbsc.org/content.aspx?page_id=22&amp;club_id=401197&amp;module_id=163510<br /><br />Choose any distance you are comfortable with and ride at your own pace. Text me you final distance for EBC Club mileage credit. I plan to be at the starting point at 6:15am and begin the ride at about 6:30am for the 131mi course.
