Calendar - Event View

Come join us for a slower ride along Des Plaines River Trail and Greenway. We will stop many times by the river to explore. Not a good ride if you have time restraints or want to get from point A to point B the fastest way possible way. We will try to stop for lunch but no guarantees as this is out first time riding the trail. Surface is gravel and non technical so any bike with 32 mm or larger tires will work. Bring enough food and water for the entire day. Bring a mask and bug spray. The trail is a natural oasis and is a long, lush Greenway that has scenic views. This is a scouting ride and anything can happen including more or less miles and getting lost. Be prepared. Back by 3:30pm...unless we are not. No whining of any nature even if we are trampled by the massive Titanosaur Argentinosaurus Huinculensis.
