Fast Picnic Ride / 35-40 mi @ 17-19+ mph / Ron RIchards

Is there a better way to build up an appetite for a picnic than a brisk ride? I'll lead one of my Tuesday Night routes, with a base pace of 17-19 (a bit slower than Tuesdays) and several optional sprint sections with well defined regroups. One short mid-ride break.
