EBC Annual Summer Picnic {registration requested} / rides available / Joanne DeZur

It is that time again when we are making plans for the annual picnic. Anyone that would like to lead a ride to the picnic needs to put it on the schedule and please let me know so I can estimate attendees.

Also need to have RSVP’s by August 14th so I can order the food, e-mail cyclejoey@gmail.com

Will need some volunteers for the following: set-up shelter, handle getting water jugs filled for drinks, taking care of the bag game, and of course clean-up at closing.

Lastly we have two bag games but could use a third to speed up the contest (there are prizes for 1st and 2nd place teams)

Think about coming to enjoy the fun, food and meeting members you would probably not ride with so you would never meet even though you might have heard about them.
