Edwardo's Pizza Ride Resurrected / 30 mi @ 10-12 mph / Ed Gin

A fun picturesque ride through Riverside and onwards to Oak Park's Edwardo's delicious pizza/salad/soup/drinks included $8.95 buffet. Purportedly they have the best deep dish spinach pizza in existence.

About 20+ miles before the delicious lunch, and then less than 10 back to Elmhurst Depot.
