A conversation paced ride from the Elmhurst Depot to the Burning Bush Art Gallery 224 N Main St. in Wheaton, to see the exhibition titled "Cosmic Blueprint: Archetypes in Contemporary Art" presented by Jennifer Hereth - Professor Emeritus College of DuPage featuring works by local artists. Description
Come skate to some of the best R&B music around! Must be 18 & older to enter.
Admission to enter whether skating or not is $8.50 and rentals are $4.00.
Front office closes at 10:30 pm, so please arrive before 10:30 pm if you wish to skate.
No outside food or drinks are allowed into the rink. $10 min. on all credit card transactions. ATM on premises. Socks must be worn with all rental skates.
Nothing can be worn on your head while skating for safety purposes.
Skates must have toe stops or toe plugs present to be allowed on the skating floor.
All customer skates will be inspected before use.
No cell phones or other electronic devises allowed on skating floor.

The Warren Dunes are the most beautiful sand dunes of the south shore region of Lake Michigan. This is a “must” destination for hikers who love a strenuous hike in a charming setting. Meet at the first main parking lot near the concession stand along the beach/lakefront. There is an $11 per car daily fee at the park entrance. The hike will begin at 9:30am Central time (10:30am Eastern time). Most of the hike is on sand dunes with lot of climbing. Please bring plenty of water and snacks/sandwiches for a mid hike break over looking the Lake Michigan. This hike is also with Forest Teail Hiking Club. The hikers must be comfortable hiking with a large group of hikers.

Start @ 6:30PM –Bring lights, helmets and a costume. Bike/Beer Halloween costume ride. Leave the kids at home.

Start and ride slowly (8-12 mph) on gravel and asphalt to downtown Roselle and go to Pollyanna Brewery in Roselle (5 mi)- we may have to stop and knock on a few front doors and Trick or Treat on the way. We will then head down to Wolfden Brewery in Bloomingdale through the back streets of Roselle (5 mi). We get $1 off all beer when you bring your costume! Finally, we will ride back home through the woods and gravel to your car (5 mi).

If you want to your non-riding friends to join you then we will be at the following

7:15-7:45PM Pollyanna Brewery @ 245 Main St Roselle

8:15-8:45PM Wolfden Brewery @ 112 W Lake St, Bloomingdale

Both places have food options.

I am going to use my Elton John costume.
