I will be leading a 13-15 MPH for the 70 miles but others will be going slower and faster for various distances. Registration starts at 7:30 and we will start riding at 8AM sharp. The Easter Ride is a one day bicycle tour sponsored by Folks on Spokes Bicycle Club. Six routes from 17 to 70 miles leave from the Park Forest Village Hall. Two shorter routes are mostly on paved trails; longer routes follow lightly traveled, paved roads over gently rolling countryside.
Food and fun is what the Easter Ride is all about. Rest stops along the route provide riders with fruit, drinks, sandwiches (Easter egg salad sandwiches at the end), and homemade cookies.
