Fast Metric To Bolingbrook / 63 Miles @ 17-19+ MPH / Ron Richards

A repeat of my Labor Day Metric ride. A fast ride from Elmhurst to Bolingbrook with two rest stops, a bathroom break at mile 20 and a longer break at the Panera on Boughton Road in Bolingbrook. Lots of stretches for sprints faster than the base pace.
